Project 1 — Full-Custom SRAM

Project: Full-Custom SRAM for High-Speed ADCs Process: Samsung 28LPP (28 nm Low-Power Plus) Role: Led full-custom design and tape-out (taped-out Sep 2020)

Designed and taped out a full-custom SRAM macro used as on-chip memory for high-speed ADC data capture. Work covered bitcell/array design, sense amplifiers, and timing, delivered as a full-custom layout.
